Philibert Group Board

Part of Philibert by Esteef.Ai - a private AI assistant that runs from a USB drive.

This is the shared service behind Philibert's Group Board and the Band Manager's Schedule. Philibert runs on each person's own computer; when a band - or any group - wants to share things between their Philibert drives, those things meet here:

• Group Board - posts, replies, polls and attachments for the group, with alerts on the desktop and (optionally) on phones through ntfy.
• Band scheduler - each member's usual free times and blackout dates, a shared band calendar, and suggestions for practice times that suit everyone.
• Google Calendar (optional) - a band can connect one Google account: Philibert creates a calendar there for the band's practices and shows (members are invited, so the events appear in their own calendars), and checks when members are busy - only when, never what - so the scheduler doesn't suggest times they can't make.

There is nothing to sign in to here: groups are joined from inside Philibert with an invite code.
